Worst service.. cancel cab in emergency..

I booked a cab to go to the railway station in advance using book later option. before 20 minutes I got a good call from the driver and he told he is little away hence I should cancel the cab and book again. I told its only 2km from where u are and certainly you can make it before time but he did not agree and asked me to cancel the cab. I then called the customer care and was assured that I will get the cab. after 10 minutes I got a call from the cs saying they cant do anything in this as the driver dont agree to come due to more distance. He asked me to rebook the cab but when I tried putting him on hold it was rs 120 more than previous booking I told the same to the executive but he told it is not possible. I tried again but same thing. I asked him to book for me which was again 200 more. Finally He told he cant help even on saying its emergency we need to reach station on time but no revert I disconnected the call and did the best thing booked uber and got the taxi in 4min in lesser cost. I was fool to follow mery for years. now end of meru.
