Hello friends it's Anmol molwa and today I am going to share my personal and experience with Meru Cabs it was the month of January when my grandfather was suffering from heart disease so he was admitted in Indore Bombay hospital and we are living at Dhar so to meet him me and my friend think that we should book and car so I had book then Meru cabs for travelling to process the arrival time of step was 12: 00 p.m. on 2nd of January but the car did not came at time so call the customer service to talk with me very rudely after the conversation of 10 minutes they told me that near you your area there is no Meru Cab so you should wait ab to 3: 00 p.m. Aur you can choose some other option they don't have proper travel convenience and also that customer service is non Cooperative friends think that we should wait for and we waited at 3: 00 p.m. At 3: 00 p.m. the cab came what are observed that the cab was not in very good situation it is very old and also the driver is non professional when I talk to him I found that you don't know the proper route of our destination after that I guide him the proper route of my way then we reach to the hospital after all the situations and circumstances I came to know that they don't have a proper customer service not a proper stock of cabs around every areas and also the driver I am not professional their website and application it's up to 5 to 7 minutes to be loaded completely I was very angry with this so this is because of their nonsense services I have to pass through very big problems because at that time I got very late and my grandfather died well I could not stay him properly when I went there at that time he was no more it was very bad thing for me and I was very angry at that time.
Therefore I want to suggest you that if you have any emergency that don't book Meru Cabs because they don't have any travel convenience no punctuality at all and customer service is very very very bad I don't know why do so information at time so be careful while ordering a booking Meru Cabs.
