We were in Delhi, and the next day we had our train. We called meru for the booking.In reply, they said " you don’t need to book the taxi right now, call us tomorrow 1 hour prior to when you need the taxi." we said okay. The next day when we called for the booking they said that they do not have any cabs available. We were so annoyed. We had our train in some time and these people simply backed out.
