I had booked a cab one day before of travel date through online booking. On the day of travel driver called me at the time of pickup when he was 1 hour away from the pick up point.
After one hour when he reached near to pick up address, he said I couldn’t find your location and I will not come. He himself cancelled the booking.
After wasting one and half hour, we had to choose another travel option.
These people have opened online services or to say any business, where they are not at all able to manage their people, their systems and giving a lot of trouble to consumers.
Very very irritating experience. Nobody should ever try to go with Meru.
