Meru is charging the highest in Delhi over other taxi service providers. I personally never booked any cab from this service but once it happened through my office admin.
They booked a cab for me and my team through meru. No one knew about the facts regarding their service. We thought it to be a good one.
First of all we boarded an old model taxi that I use to see in movies. I hated it but we were in a hurry to reach in a meeting. Post the driver selected a long route that took extra 20mins of our valuable time. Though we asked him twice or thrice to get to the route we know about but he was least bothered to answer. May be they are trained to do this to charge high fare.
This disappointed us and we mailed the admin from the cab itself not to book meru at returning or ever in future.
