I booked cab for 22:30 and got a driver number at 22:00.Called that number and number was not reachable called to Meru and they sent another driver’s number.
When I dialed that number, number was switched off. They called up at 22:45 and advised that it will take another cab after 30 min. My bus time was at 23:00.Then I had to catch an an auto from my home.
Finally caught the bus.
WORST SERVICE!
