One day I had to go to office and my car broke down. As it was important and I couldn’t just miss my day that day so I booked this cab and asked if they can send a cab in 20 minutes, agreed but it took 45 minutes to reach and when I asked driver said he was eating breakfast and got late.
I can understand that but why do I have to worry about that!? So still I took the cab and we went off. The taxi was omni and it was a trash box.
The whole taxi ride was jumpy and when I told him to slow down a bit he said he had to go somewhere else also so he cannot do it.
I was reakky frustrated and when he reached destination he asked 50 more as his personal charging and why should I give it. To which he almost went by me almost missing my foot that he might have crushed.
Such ridiculous service and drivers. I never recommend it.
