On Holi weekend I was went to Jaipur and booked Meru cab in advanced. In my first booking from my place to New Delhi railway station call time was 5:00 AM but driver came late by around 20 minutes. Firstly the pickup was late and then he drove rash.
After, this in another booking on same day, I book a cab from chaukhi dhaani Jaipur to my guest house at 11:15 pm Booking Ref. No.: 36352980. They gave confirmation message stating that 20 minutes prior to the travel I would be getting the cab details, but no one turned up. Despite several calls to the merucab call center I repeatedly received same response "We don’t have cab within 20 minutes from your location".
I requested them several times that I am a female and Jaipur is a new place for me but nobody cared. I was feeling terribly unsafe standing on road waiting for a cab. I suggest all the ladies not to book merucab late night as they can ditch you at any moment of time.
