I ordered this cab for a drop from ghaziabad to new Delhi domestic airport thinking that it’s more reliable option, however this cab arrived 30 min late for pick-up at my place .
When called the driver he gave a consistent answer "I am almost there will reach in 5 min"
The cab was old and it was not a smooth ride, luckily it was early morning and traffic was very less so I managed to reach airport just in time.
So far it was still ok but then cab driver asked me directly for a tip, the commute charge on his meter was way above the normal rates(around 17 Rs per KM).
I then gave an angry look to the cab driver paid fare and walked out without giving any tip.
I would not prefer to even try Meru cabs in future.
