Had an horrible experience with meru cabs. This is what happened!
I booked a meru afternoon 2pm and they asked me for surge charge. I agreed to that. I reached the place of pick up on time and the driver was 20 mins late. Upon that he everytime told the same thing that he will reach in 2mins.
Next the driver dint put on seat belt and hence a traffic police caught us and he was charged 100rs. He was not ready to pay that and wasted 15 mins.
Next when we reached our destination he asked me for that 100rs which he paid to the traffic police. He awaz very arrogant. I won’t suggest you to use meru any time!
