One day I had to go home from my mothers house to mine and the bus scheduel was not according to the time table.So I decided to call the cab, so I called up Meru cabs unfortunately.
The driver came 40 minutes late and bus had also arrived but I had booked the cab so I had to go to the Meru cab.
I told the driver to put the luggage in and he said its not what he is paid to do and refused.He was really rude and kept telling me to hurry up as if he was late for something
When we started taking off my mother stopped us to which he shouted at my mother and then I stopped him and got out with my luggage and my brother came and gave him hell of a treatment for his abusive words and curses and other nearby also gave him fair share of treatment.
This is the conditions of the drivers, they harass you, they are rude lazy and abusive. If you don’t want to have such experience I will never ever recommend this cab so no don’t go there.
