I had booked a Meru for 23rd Oct for airport at 5 am. My booking was also confirmed the previous night but in the morning I didnt get any message from the call center about the details of the cab and the chauffeur. When I called up the call center they told me that there r no cabs and we r cancelling ur booking.
How irresponsible and unprofessional can a service like this be??? We missed our flight because we were relying on Meru cab for our drop to the airport.
Just because Meru wants to launch Meru plus in India doesnt mean that u have all the right to do anything with the booking made by the customer for Meru cabs. The way u guys r neglecting customer, u will never ever be able to have a prosperous business. Its a curse from all the customer who have been affected by ur unprofessional behavior.
