As I had been to this organization in march last year I was offered a salary of 300000 annually but due to some reasons I was not in a situation to join the same however when I visited the organization this year the salary package they offered was very less for the same post but still I joined the same. But after joining this organization I got to know that they are deducting a lot from my salary approx 20% and that is a big amount and as I got to know they had fired many employees till now without any genuine reason. The growth there in not that good as compared to other BPO’s in market. The work environment is bad and the people there are not happy at all and works in very stressed environment. As per me no one should work there as there is not much growth. And the biggest issue is that they dont allow the smart phone in the premise even they donot provide the lockers for the employees to keep there phones.
