I took an insurance plan 5 years back and then surrendered the policy. After few months I started getting calls almost everyday from PNB met life regarding "if I have any problems".
I told them that I don’t have any problem and asked them to not to call me again. BUT even after 100 calls they still call almost everyday and I am fed up of that. They even sometimes talk rudely. I don’t know if they are really calls from met life or not. I have even went to police station to do complaint. NO use and they still call everyday.
Please avoid METLIFE. They will make your life hell.
