I tried ordering some groceris from metrobazaar.co.in. but I preferred talking to customer care before order. I got to know they are charging delivery charges as 30% of product value, which is very costly and thus I did not order anything from them. They do not have any store also like bigbazaar, spencer’s...so I feel, they sell items costly.
I also tried registering on their website but I could not register. Their website is cheap and of very low quality. I donot know who has created this website which does not have even cities name in the drop down list. After I clicked register, it gave me error that please select cities...
Ridiculous :) Guys, if you want to do business, please maintain your website. In most of the products, there is no photo of products.
Now, final surprise if you call their customer care!! The mobile number that is being displayed on their page, ’’Contact Us: 888505004’’. This is true heights of carelessness...how can a number be of 9 digit. God please save these guys :) :) :)
OVERALL, VERY CHEAP WEBSITE AND COSTLY DELIVERY CHARGES. NOT WORTH BUYING.
