Ok I was on of the first customers when metro came out. Network service was BAD REALLY BAD. I Stayed with At&t and I love them still. But they merged with cingular and I have never like cingulars customer service. So I canceled at&t and went to metro. I have been threw many phones with them. I had insurance and the deductible was $85 for a old repaired phone. so I would just go buy a new phone and get a new number. I now have the nokia 6255i. I love the features the phone has. I have a memory chip in it so I have mp3’s on the phone and I can use them as ringtones so that is cool. The service is allot better in florida now on the east coast. I actually got my phone programed so I can use it any where in florida where there is metro pcs service. They are growing rapidly and I am always excited about them putting up new towers in new cities. I have to say the customer service is not good. I hate it. I called about my phone not being able to send pictures and they said it was a problem with the service I asked for a credit they said they do not do that. Which made me really upset because I pay for a service I wanna bee able to use it. I am still with them ONLY for the $60 I pay a month. Every time I call cutomer service they tell me at the end we like to make are customers happy. With me they never do. They do not care. The insurance company for the phone is a joke I had my phone stolen had to JUMP threw hoops to get another phone and have to pay $85. I got a policve report that was not good enough. Lucky I have a really great boy friend and he is a very good talker when it comes to stuff like that. I then broke my phone it was still working on speaker phone. They shut the service off. I was suppos to get the phone in 3 days got it in 10. I did not mention I was on vacation and I had to check out and wait in the parking lot because they said it would be there. It never came I got it shipped to my home address. All I can say is it is cheep and you can talk with out worring about a $800 cell bill. I have ok credit I can get another provider. But I talk allot. Very good if you use a personal cell for work like I have for the past year. Network service I get a few droped calls in my house and there is a dead spot on the interstate. But I deal with it. Not as bad as it used to be. Ok I am going on way to long now. Network good. Support and insurance bad. Extras are getting better. New thing is there RING BACK TONES. Not as many songs I like but what ever it is metro piece of SHIT. But I deal with it ha ha
