This is one of the most horrifying experience I am currently facing with Metro shoes. I got a shoe a few days ago from Metro, forum mall. After 2 days office wear, the bow on the top of the shoe comes out. A sandal costs Rs. 890/- and the service offered is awful. I had to travel all the way...and give back the shoe for repair.It comes in the next 10 day.When I wear it on my way to office, the bow goes off again.
To be noted, I travel by cab, so usage should not be blamed upon.These company’s are for sure not well equipped for selling shoes that are expensive and needs care.
