I purchased a black belly shoe worth Rs.990 from metro 2 weeks ago from Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore. It was really stiff when I bought it. I believed that it would get soft after wearing it a couple of times. But to my surprise, this morning when I tried to wear it, I saw that it’s torn on the side. The stitch has come off. And I’ve just worn it 3 times. I am really disappointed.
I will never purchase shoes from Metro again !!
