I am writing this review after having pathetic experience with metropolis health care lab test booking
Firstly they have packages much costlier than the other providers
Secondly their technicians are very irresponsible for coming on time
Thirdly their customer representative are less knowledgeable, they spam your message box with invalid entries assigned to technicians
You will find difficulty in tracking your booked appointment
You won’t get timely response of your queries
You stay empty stomach in a wait for their technicians and they never showed up
