Had Ordered this 2 products(ECHORONICS DASH Fitness Tracker, and MEVOFIT Drive Fitness Tracker), watches from Amazon.in for a total of INR 5000
Strangely and Surprisingly, cannot even turn on the Product.no display. Charged it for about an hour, but still cannot switch it on(by pressing on the display surface, as mentioned in its manual).
Also, for this particular product(MEVOFIT Drive Fitness Tracker), it is supposed to contain 3 straps of different colors, but I received a single strap(black color). Now though the package was sealed when I received it, is it possible somebody swapped the original contents? I bought 2 watches, and both are not working. I am an old customer of Amazon.in, and this is totally unthinkable and my worst experience till date in Amazon.in . Anyways probably this is my last transaction in Amazon.
Also, my bad luck was that these products were delivered to my residence when I was travelling due to my work. When I came back and opened the sealed packages, the window for the product return was already over.
So what does customers like me do under such circumstances?
Amazon has very cleverly designed its Customer Support so that you cannot directly access any customer service officer. I mean whenever you try to access online Customer Support for these 2 products, the website simply says that the return time window for these products are over.
Hope this review helps somebody out there, to not make the same mistake as me.(-: Very Frustrating indeed.
