As my brother was travelling to the United States, I requested an RTPCR report for him. The representative assured me that it would arrive the next day. I kept following up with them, but there was no response. Due to the huge volume of requests, I received a message from the lab late at night saying the test report would be available the next day. The report is still unavailable after more than 24 hours. I called the lab several times, but they didn’t pick up the phone.
I was on my way to the airport to buy antigen for my brother. In the future, I will never use the MFine service.
