While joining in the office, they would say flexible or time to time working hours. But in reality, it was never like that.
Almost every day, Employees need to spend 12hrs of time in the office.
The salaries are always paid late. I have seen so many Employees are resigning to the job just in a span of 3-6 months.
You are not allowed to take any leave. Even if you work overtime also, you will not be provided any cab facility. You have to go by your own transport irrespective of whatever the time it is(though Night time) which is very unsafe.
There is no minimum facility like Canteen. The Senior people will not behave good with newly joined Employees and hence the Work Environment is not at all good.
There is no job security as well. They are ready to fire if you don’t perform well.
Even if you get selected in this Organization for the job opportunity, please do not join. It would be just your career waste.
