First of all I haven't used any other power banks so this won't be a comparison with other powerbanks.
It has been more than 3 months since I have started using this powerbank and till now its working perfectly. It can completely recharge my phone 4-5 times if its fully charged and so far I haven't experienced any heating problems. It can be used to charge two devices at the same time. Once it is truned on, it will automatically turn off if no devices are connected to it for more than 1 minute.
I will totally recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 20000mah power bank.
