I use this store to order mi stuff but for buy redmi mobiles I rather prefer flipkart or amazon because of some issues The mi store has all mi products and quality of product delivered is good The product is same as it available on flipkart on Amazon in case of mobiles The delivery time is more it could take 15 days to deliver the product is quit long time Their return policy is not such good only in damage case they replace your item The delivery time is more The customer service is good they tried to solve your problems it take much time though it happen in my case The app and website is good but not as very useful When their is sell of any mobile the site or app crashed it slowers due to heavy traffic I think On app the product availability is unknown until you select on buy now I don’t reliay much on this store I use this site when product is not available on other stores like flipkart or amazon.
