Now lets talk about the MI.com, who launched the best looking smartphones i.e. MI3. But if we are talking about the current time the MI.com provide the worst services in India. In my past query about redmi note prime, I feel so bad about the conversation with MI executive.
Currently there are many competition about the online shopping portal, most of the shopping portal assist their customer with providing world best services. If we are talking about the Flipkart, they provide to their customer best quality, before time delivery, good services and the best services that is EASY RETURN POLICY etc.
But the MI.com is not provide any return policy. And also with the redmi note prime they are not provide the earphone in the box.
I think MI.com is the worst portal in INDIA.
