This is a complaint against Mi.com.once I got myself lucky and my Redmi 5 was booked in the flash sale. First of all, there system of Flash Sale is not appropriate for public as many Phone Dealers take advantage, they buy almost 50% stock and sell the Phones in Black. Indirectly Xioami is promoting Black Marketing. I paid the order through my Debit Card. It takes them 10 Days for delivery of my Mobile Phone. As I got call from Delivery boy that your order is arrived I was fulfilled my Joy, but he was forcing me to come at Petrol Pump to take my order which is 5KM away from my home. I did not had any vehicle at that time, so I requested him to give me my order at my home. But he was behaving as stubborn, and was struck on his demand. After to many tries, I got Redmi 5 in Flash Sale. And he cancelled the order. I complained about him on the official website of Mi.com but they have not responded to me till now. I will go the Consumer Court.
