I bought one mi piston 3 earphone from Mi.com.It was only available from mi.com.
I got the earphone 1 week later after placed my order. Initially it sounds good. But within 7 days it stops working. I think I got a defective product so I contacted the company and told them to give me refund. But they argued with me and told me as per their policy they can’t refund. It’s really disappointing. And at last they said they can replace my defective piece with a new one.Which is the only thing they can do for me. Never again I bought from mi.com.
