Mi.com is an online platform to buy mi phones although they have all their products available to the website and you can buy them easily but if anything wents wrong with your order then you can’t return the product. Mi.com don’t have any return policy I had recently purchased a remi 4 smartphone from Mi.com but I found my order was not satisfactory so I wanted to return the order next day but there is no option for returning the order on their website and app I also mailed them regarding this matter and replied that they don’t take returns, on the other hand other online shopping website like flipkart and Amazon accepts the returns for mi products. So please keep this in mind before you order something from this site.
