Back when I was in India and my ESPN days were there!! lol! I was hooked to this formula one and always supported Schumacher. HE was a role model once but me and my laziness, I could only watch (cant imagine working as hard as him!!) I followed each and every race and remember when once Schumi was in lead then all of a sudden his right supension( not his, his car’s ofcos) gave way and I was like damn frustrated, and didnt feel like eaing, :) , silly me!!
Well , Schumi is a very good driver. HE was working on his driving skills right from his childhood, when he was 6. He has good control over the car and wots most imp abt him is that he is persistent and doesnt give up till the last, a fighter to the core. HE won the last formula 1 and man! he deserved it!! Though we saw a close fight of his with Mikka Hakkinen but his calmness and positive approach to the game made him the champ. HE is a very good driver in extreme conditions like rain . With Ferrrari’s backing he sure is gonna go a along way. HE is also a team player. Once in one of the races his car developed some snag and so he manuvoured his car to block his brother(Ralph Schumacher) to give his team mate Ruben Barricello the lead. But u know these people, there life is very erratic, he sometimes( make it very rarely) gives and utters some comments abt the opposition which people of his repute shouldn’t do. Other than that a very nice gentleman!!
Ohh, I miss my ESPN days but I keep track of all the races on formula1.com !! Hope he does it again!! Best of luck Schumi.
