I had brought Micromax 40T2810FHD last year on December because the offers given to me was attractive and comes under my budget. As Micromax is Indian brand I was hoping to get the best satisfaction from it but it ain’t what I thought.
On February, I don’t know how but a fly just got trapped inside the LED panel I.e on screen. I was shocked and confused that how this fly got into the panel. I contacted with Micromax for near about 1 month about this problem but no reply came from them. They said this type of service won’t come under our policy and we can’t help. I was shocked.
Then what I did was I went to my nearby GRAHAK PANCHAYAT and told them about this issue. They help me about my genuine issue and told me to lodge a complaint against Micromax and give a copy of it in newspapers. Guess what guys the next day a new boxed pack Television arrived my home with Bill. I was lucky to get this TV but all are not lucky.
So I conclude that don’t ever buy Micromax tvs because if after service problem arises then they won’t response soon and the quality of the tvs are also not so real in colors.
