We purchase this product from my local dealer the service of dealer was good deliver product in just 2 days but installation was to be done by Micromax that took a whole week to come and set up the TV .
Within 2 months the pictures started change colours audio begin to decrease day by day also there HDMI port , No pendrive port .
when we call Micromax for service they came after 2 week they have taken our TV and said they will tune up with us within a week and now its almost a month they have not reported to us whenever we tried to contact them they said they need more time to repair guys please don’t fall prey to their cheap quality television, customer service is very poor just like their product quality
