I am hariprasad.g having micromax 50 inch led tv serial no . [IMEI/Serial No: 00165BA6416232A ]purchased from flipkart on 22-01-2017.last month 25 th I have given complaint in micromax company about my tv problem. After so many calls 3 days after sasi technican from Z AXIS SERVICES, CHENNAI came and confirmed that board failure. Micromax has given complaint no TN 250617-1494169 AND said that with in 7 to 10 working days they will close the complaint. 20 days completed nobody comes to home for Replacement of board. HOW BOARD FAILURE WILL OCCUR IN 6 MONTHS., THEN WHAT ABOUT QUALITY OF MICROMAX PRODUCT. QUALITY IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOO BAD NEVER FOLLOW THEIR RULES . DAILY I AM CALLING NO RESPONSE FROM STUPID MICRO MAX COMPANY.
14 th Micromax people came with board for replacement. Again they said board is ok panel is failed. Initially they said board fail, now board ok panel problem. Micromax max people are not well trained, again they are asking 20 days of time for replacement of full tv. Already 22 days completed again they are taking 20 days for tv replacement. Stupid Micromax company very very very bad customer service.
TODAY I SPOKEN TO MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT MY REPLACEMENT, MICROMAX SAID THAT IT IS WAITING FOR MANAGERS APPROVAL. HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE APPROVAL AND WHEN THEY WILL DISPATCH TO CHENNAI.
AND MR NIKIL FROM MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE NOT GIVING PROPER INFORMATION ABOUT REPLACEMENT, AND AGAIN HE IS GIVING Z AXIS SERVICE NO 044 42012370. Z AXIS ARE TELLING THAT THEY HAVE TO GET UPDATE FROM MICROMAX. STUPID COMPANY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Micromax should feel shame. froad company no resolution for any complaints. Micromax promised that they will deliver tv today. but I haven’t received tv. no words to scold about fake Micromax. better close your services.
