I would like to share my overall experience with Micromax television. I have bought an 49" Full HD LED Micromax television by Nov’14 and this is my review for a time frame of 1 year and 3 months.
Overall I haven’t had any major complaints on Picture quality/ sound system, since, you cannot compare a budget oriented television with other major brands. You can get a genuine quality of picture and sound that you are paying for.
I would praise the picture quality of television rather the sound output, when 1080p videos are played you will find no shrink in quality. Sound will be a problem if you have surround sound option ON in the menu settings, otherwise, it is audible.
Now, a few days back the television got blank out and I could just here the audio alone. Here, the problem begun and I ain’t sure when the issue would get resolved by the servicemen of Micromax. It’s been almost 10 days of follow-up and yet to know the actual problem occurred.Brands like Micromax should focus on improving after sale service to fight competitors.
