This was the 1st Android Phone that I had purhased for Myself. Wherein it was the biggest mistake of my life where I had invested my money for a phone like this. The phone has a wonderful launcher inbuilt with it but that is not enough for a phone to have a good functionality. The camera quality of the phone is very poor and at the same time the video quality of the phone is also not of a good quality. This model of Micromax Mobiles come only in a single color which is a kind of blue shade. The back pannels color had started coming out after 7 Months of usage of the phone. The software of the phone started creating problems from the 6th month of the phones purchase. The sound Reception of the phone is of low quality. The phone is easy to use and also has a fair style & design. The range of features in the phone is limited and can’t expect for anything much out of the phone. The reliability and durability of the phone is very low as the phone stops functioning all of a sudden. This phone is not at all a true value for the money you spend on it to purchase it.
The phone starts hanging at most of the important occasions when you need it. The worst of all the after sales service of the company is way poor. If your phone has any problem then better not approach the micromax service centers as the employees there are going to make you walk like anything but not going to resolve your problem.
I would suggest all of you guys who are planning to buy this model of Micromax to refrain from buying it and to wisely decide on which product you invest your hard earned money.
