I have purchased Micromax A100 at cost of Rs.10200, Just within 26 days mobile is dead, I reached to service center, and they told me that motherboard is to be replaced, and its 45 days and still its not repaired, Customer care center is telling 15 days more every time I call, and aggressive tone, they says we are at customer care center not at service center so that we can tell you time for repair, and service center is telling that part is not available it will take time to reach here from abroad.
Don’t buy micromax’s any phone as they can’t provide service and even using cheap parts which doesn’t work within month.
