Its been a long time when I purchased this mobile. I bought it when it was launched.
I was pretty happy with the performance as it was a clear cut competition to samsung galaxy note and was half the price of the note. in the beginning it worked well. but slowly and gradually it went on going worse. I noticed it for the first time when it got hanged in 2-3 days of purchase and re-booted it itself.
before it could complete its first year from purchase it went so bad that I needed to discard it or use it as a secondary phone or with minimum usage. Even then it malfunctioned a lot of time.
I have also seen many other micromax mobile owners who had similar experience with their handsets. micromax’s Bluetooth is so great that you can only connect it once to any other device to share data or files. if you send multiple files in then it might send if if you send 1 file and by the time you search for the other file on your phone and try to send it to micromax or receive from it, micromax wont coonect to the bluetooth.
I would suggest you not to buy a cheap micromax smartphone.
I have not used high end smartphone of micromax so cannot give you a good advice about its latest flagships, my friends canvas turbo had similar problems. His phone was around 18000 when he bought one but after 1-1.5 yrs it went so bad that he needed to keep it aside and go for motorola moto x.
