Today iam gonna show you some facts for whay we have to not buy any micromax product
I have bought micromax A120 1 Years ago
and it is bricked two times
I sent my mobile two times for repairing and they repaired ot but my problem with the device is not solved I don’t what is this weather their are illetrate person or whatever they sent me soft bricked device two times means it is in working codition but its some feature stop working, this time when I connect my mobole for charging with charger then instead of charging my mobile its drain 2× Times fastwlrr than not connecting to charger, seriously what is this
Now come to topic, why not to we have have buy any Micromax product
They just want to sell their products then they forgot us
They have no available android updates( Like marshmallow is in market but they have no update of even lollipop)
Bad customer care support. I have sent 10-15 Emails to them for last 2 Days even then they not replying
Bad services, their customer supports shop have no micromax material and if you brick your device then they take 25 Days for repairing it and not provide with any other mobile in those 25 days
These are some main reasons for not buying micromax products
