I bought this mobile from a local shop. When I was charging the mobile suddenly I was not able to start it up again. I went to the local shop and ask for the replacement, they said that I have to go to service center in order to fix the mobile issues.
I went to service centre which was worst time me. I sat there for almost 1 hour and then when I told them the issue they checked my mobile and said it is water damage. I told them I bought a brand new mobile half an hour ago and told them the entire instance.
After an argument with them for over 2 hours finally they gave me a reciept stating that I have to give the receipt to the local shop from where I purchased the mobike and they will replace it. I got a sort of relief but 3 hours in service center was like a nightmare to me. Please do not buy micromax product as the after sales service is pathetic and time consuming.
