Please don't buy

I have purchased micromax knight A350 on dated 24th OCT.2014.


After using this phone for 2months, the screen has stopped responding & it has charging problem too. The experience I had with you related to service is a just aww. I am very ashamed to see that you are proving the perception that everyone have that Indian Brands compromise on quality and give poor service as compared to International brands.


I have given my cell phone to get repaired at service center on 5th FEB’15(M/S MAA BHAGWATI ENTERPRISES), I was shocked to hear that it takes 7 days to get it repaired. I waited, however even after 10days today he said that the part has not yet arrived please contact the call center.

I called call center, it does not connect, I tired, tried, tried……. and then finally it got connected. I gave my details to him he said it will take 30 days to get your phone repaired. What the hell is this. How can you be without a phone even for a single hour you are talking about days. I am now repenting to buy this phone, I would have either opted for other brands like Samsung or Lumia.


Now Even after those 30 days you guys do not have any status of my phone.What the hell is this.


I will never opt for micromax or any garbage brands like you all guys. Nokia is an example in front of you, if customers can make you they can break you as well. Learn from them.


You need to change your Slogan to “Good for Nothing”.


I will be posting this to all the social media and all shopping websites, this will help other not to fall in the trap that I am into.


I need a replacement of my phone  or I will lodge an FIR against Micromax and will go to consumer court.
