The A45 is a nightmare. I have returned the phone to the store twice for replacements. They always gave me new phones as replacements, but they were not good either. My problems with the Micromax A45:
Very slow with standard functions: If you want to dial a number, the keypad takes 3 - 5 seconds to appear. Every standard regular function is dead slow.
Poor software-hardware compatibility: It keeps having memory card problems. The call summary message comes after each call and freezes the phone.
3.Random glitches: It places calls on its own. The ringtone changes by itself.
Worst of all, three months after I bought it for Rs.4500, the store announces a Buy One Get One Free offer on all Micromax Android phones.
Lesson learned: Never buy a local brand Android phone.
