I gifted a micromax a57 to my niece in October 2011. She used it only for 9 days as rest of the time it was "under repair" and still it is not a defective piece as claimed by the rude people of Nagpur Micromax service center.
I am fed of going to them with a new issue everytime. I tried calling up the gurgaon head office where I was given the option to dial some number for service related problem or wait for operator. no operator answered my call till it ended saying ’no answer’.
I have written an email to micromax at info@micromaxinfo.com as list on their website. Will soon know what is the response from a reputed organization or the Nagpur office follows the guidelines set by the head office of being unreasonable and rude.
