Hello , my mother using this phone from last three months . I can’t even think that a product can make problems in a three month time period .problems occured are not common ones .my mother facing these problems -1) . battery draining . - battery is a super drainable battery . 0-100% in just 20 minutes .2) . touch problem - not a good touch . digitiser quality is not good that is why touch is not responding in one time3) . battery inflating - battery is that much inflated . we can not fix back cover properly4) . hanging ( common problem ) I dont suggest to buy this product .it is my mothers phone but I have to look after the problems . so I have experienced that too .thankyou
