I am using Micromax Bolt Q 381 . It is really cheap with more functionality. It hangs only for two or three months but after that it never hanged and working properly. I would like to suggest that it is an INDIAN brand. It is more durable with high resolution, In such a cheap its really awesome . One more thing its having 4g connectivity, Durable battery up to one day minimum . You can capture image any time in day or in night . In low budget you can play with more specification and functionality.So its really awesome.
