Pathetic Experience with Micromax Canvas 6. I bought this from Micromax’s website only and received a defected piece then asked for changing the device and they told 100s of stupid reasons not to change it. Then after it is in service centre for 1 month. they are just delaying it whenever I call even after 1 month I got to know that the parts are not available. What a joke, parts of a 1 month old phone from it’s launching date are not available and the company is not even able to provide the service. Go to hell Micromax.
