The Pune Service Center of MICROMAX is a BIG CHEAT.
They show me a Small PIN SIZE WHITE COLOR DOT and say this is water seepage and the CANVAS HD A116 phone purchased by me 4 months back will not be repaired under warranty. I fail to understand as to how the Service Center can conclude that a WHITE PIN SIZE DOT is due to water seepage when technically there are a dozen reasons for the PCB and its components to oxidize, primarily being due to humidity.
LOOKS LIKE MICROMAX HAS FOUND A VERY CONVENIENT WAY TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS UNDER WARRANTY.
ANYWAY THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX AND ADVISE ALL NOT TO GO IN FOR MICROMAX.
MICROMAX IS BOGUS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY.
