I would recommend this phone if you need a budget phone with the above mentioned requirements. Although much cheaper phones are available nowadays, with more hardware specs, this phone can still be bought as a second hand phone if you like experimenting on android.
I have been using this phone for 2 years by now and is now a base phone for all experiments on MediaTek devices
