I had purchased a micromax juice 3+ on 16th march 2016. Irritating behaviour of this phone started soon after completing first 7 days. First tried to seek some relief from snapdeal but in vain. They entertained me for 4-5 days and gave their standard reply citing their policy of replacement.
1) This brand new phones both the cameras are faulty. Main camera hangs while in video mode and front camera is just not working.
2) Calls are not getting connected, phone book and call log not being displayed.
3) hangs multiple times, ringtone rings as per its wish.
4) Display does not responding. etc
After getting cold response from snapdeal I contacted micromax service center with some hope. My good friends there informed me that they need to send the handset to HO as Company has not provided them software as well as hardware of this model. I dont know why the company has rolled out this handset when its service centers are not equipped to provide service. Shame on this company. I opted micromax just because of its INDIAN tag. Let me see whether they have curtsy to even respond to my query.
