I have been using Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 from last seven months.
Below are the issues I am facing.
Even though you can get good specifications, there after sales service is very much poor compared to other brands like Motorola or Samsung or whatsoever.
No Software Update till date.
Ample number of Unnecessary BLOATWARE(Pre-installed Apps).
Micromax only busy with sales of its mobiles and will not provide a good or even a normal after sales service to its customers.
On Q3 of 2014, They have promised to provide the software updates to all canvas series smartphones but I have not got any software updates from Micromax A310 till date.
So I would suggest to go for other products like Moto G 2nd Gen or Xiaomi Mi3 or Mi4 for the same price. I mean the for the same price and same specifications, you will get good support from the Mobile maker as well which is an added advantage.
