Or the last one year, I had become a fan of Micromax. Cheaper phones, high configuration etc. I purchased 3 mobiles a tablet and a TV. All from Micromax.
Exactly one year after I got the First Micromax phone(purchased on 18th March 2014, problem started 13th March 2015).(display issues, dead battery, no network)
Another phoen purchased around april 2014 and problem started feb 2015.(display issues, dead battery, no network)
Micromax customer care is pathetic. they wont help you at all.
Highly dissappointed with the experience.
I can understand that I paid less when compared to branded devices, but this is pathetic.
I’m never gonna buy any more micromax devices. enough spent.

-No lagging
-Phones performance is good
-Headset are of good quality
Disadvantages
-automatically switch off
-power switch not working
-Worst problem in this phone is it heats as iron box after 20 mints of use.can’t tolerate with that.
-Even though the camera is 13 mp.pictures do not have any quality.
-Battery backup is very poor 4hrs.
-Charger provided with dis is the worst charger I have ever used.
-No lollipop update
-No gorilla glass
=Overall this phone is not worth of 13000.will hate this phone due to its heating problem.even though it has so many disadvantages heating issue cannot be tolerated.can’t play any games or use wifi.if so it heats within 15 mints.after 30 minutes you can’t even touch ur phone with ur hand.it heats up that much.pls don’t buy this phone.
