Bought one Micromax A311 mobile in january 2015.
Phone restarts when using and heats up also display edges getting yellow.

And given the phone for service on 26th september 2015.
Recieved the handset back on 22nd January 2016. That is, after 4 months.
The recieved handset was having earpiece problem, which I noticed initialy.
Service center people replaced the ear piece and problem got solved.
But the actual problem starts after that, when kept the phone for charging, it starts loosing charge.
Touchpad malfunctioning.
Some porn photos getting displayed in the screen, and in order to change that we need to switch off the phone. And the phone which I got after 4 months waiting was also useless.
I dont know what a pathetic service Micromax is offering. Worse service never seen it anywhere else.
And I given that phone again on 25th January 2016, and today 14th april 2016.
And now its another 80 days and I didnt recieve the phone back.
And in total its 6 months and the mobile is with micromax, and the money I spent on purchasing the mobile is gone.
During these time, I tried contacting service center, they dont have any responsibility. They are running authorized service center, but they are not taking responsibility.
During the time I contacted two persons,
Parameswar- he was holding some post in micromax- he never give any response. And was not responsible. Given so many false commitments.
Saju – Service head in micromax – given so many false commitments, I am having proofs for the same, and nothing happened till now.
Its been so much I am struggling and being harassed with a phone. Mental torture was extreme.
I am no longer ready to wait for the phone.
But I need the cost of the phone back.
Let them keep mobile. Service or not service, they can do as they wish. dont want to wait more.
Phone cost me 12, 500.
